Schnelle was conceived to offer affordable and luxurious prefabricated houses for the asian market. At schnelle we take pride in our technology driven designs that are both optimised for easy assembly and european style finishes.

OUR MISSION

Modular construction that will change the building experience.

​Conventional Construction is outdated
It’s an incredibly fragmented and inefficient building process that requires architects, engineers, consultants, material suppliers, general contractors, and subcontractors (on average, it takes 24 subcontractors to build a home. Schnelle is revolutionising this industry with prefab homes that can be bought off our website and installed in weeks.

Our Journey So Far

2023

SCHNELLE WAS FOUNDED

We started schnelle in 2022 with modular construction using metal and concrete structures. 2023 we went on to delivery 20+ projects with metal and custom designed walls.

2024

GROUNDBREAKING SHARED LOAD STRUCTURE

We built our first modular prefab barn style farm house that could be deployed in just 45 days. From there on we have been really busy to update this space.
