1. Shipping Areas

Domestic Shipping: We deliver across all major cities and towns in India. For remote areas, delivery may take additional time or involve extra charges.

International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product's size, weight, and delivery location.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 45-90 business days of order confirmation, depending on the delivery location.

Custom Orders: Prefab structures requiring customization may have longer delivery times, typically 30-45 business days, which will be communicated during the ordering process.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or other factors.
4. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status through our shipping partner's website.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect the package upon delivery. If there are visible damages to the packaging or product, notify the delivery personnel immediately and contact us at buildme@schnelle.in

For prefab farmhouses, we recommend supervising the unloading process to ensure the structure is handled carefully.
7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you for a second delivery attempt.

If the delivery is unsuccessful again, the order will be returned to our facility. Re-delivery charges may apply.
8. Delays and Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as:

9. Cancellations and Changes
